My brother in Chicago passed away unexpectedly in November 2018 without a will. We currently reside in Washington state and had no local legal resources. My wife contacted Eric and he clearly outlined the probate process in Illinois. He mapped the steps, expectations, and potential problems. In addition, he provided recommendations for resources to help us deal with real estate, personal belongings, estate assets, and taxes. He then supported us through the legal steps with frequent status updates. His legal support team was extremely professional and responsive. We highly recommend Eric as a professional, honest, caring attorney.

My husband and I are from California. His father passed away in 2010 in Chicago and we thought that a family member had taken care of getting the house in their name. That didn't happen and some city violations have occurred so we reached out to Mr. Parker a few weeks ago for some help and so far he has been very compassionate and caring in regards to this matter. He returns phone calls when he says he will and we have very high hopes that he will be able to help us get this resolved soon. Being so far away is very frustrating but he has put us at ease so far with this issue. He is everything all the other reviews have said he is.

Highly recommended - knowledgeable, kind, and responsive

I am forever grateful to Eric for helping me with a time-sensitive and complicated eldercare situation regarding my aunt (for whom I am Power of Attorney) and a conflict with her assisted living facility. He listened to my concerns and was able to quickly assist with correspondence to the assisted living facility, and eased my mind regarding the next steps in this entire situation. He also assured me that I could reach out to him in the future for any legal help related to my aunt or otherwise. Highly recommend him and he will always have my business!

Wonderful attorney and staff

Eric represented me as the executor of a very complicated estate. He was able to refer me to other professionals, such as realtors, auto broker for a classic car collection, and accountants. There was always total communication as to what the office was doing so I was never left in the dark on any issue. The beneficiaries posed some challenging personalities and Eric was always willing to meet with them and me to work things out. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent at handling sensitive issues

I hired Eric to handle some very complex legal issues for one of my relatives who had serious issues with Alzheimer's disease. He listened to our concerns with compassion. He explained everything to us in laymen's terms. The plans were executed in a timely, professional manner. i would hire Eric again.

Smart, Strategic, Thoughtful, and Kind

Eric Parker handled a tough elder care situation for me with skill, sharpness, and genuine compassion. Based on this experience, I consider Eric to be the gold standard. Great fantastic and Humble human!!!!

Mr. Parker gave me hope in humanity, like really, especially in lawyers. When you think of lawyers you immediately think someone who's reallg just looking out for themselves as in money wise. Amazing Attorney

I had the privilege of working with Eric Parker for over a year. In that time, he taught me that to be a great attorney, you have to treat every client like they are your most important client. Eric always kepts the client's best interest in mind and strives to find creative solutions to their legal problems. I WAS TREATED LIKE A V.I.P. EVEN THOUGH IM A REAGULAR JOE

I was first introduced to eric at networking meeting and he's a down to earth, caring individual who really listens and goes the distance to solve your problem. It's amazing how sometimes when dealing with a lawyer, you know all the details of your personal case and when conveyed to a lawyer they only get small pieces of the emotion and don't remember half of what was said because their always multitasking so many cases and never follow up. Then, finally when you converse you feel that rushed Im not important feeling on the phone and then forget most of what you were going to ask. I am truly impressed with Eric. I own a small ma and pa business and Eric has pulled me through many times with small not big money cases and always has exercised the care, patience and respectfull fine tuned listening I had not experianced with other lawyers. Great thanks to Eric and the Stotis and Baird crew you guys truly are in a field of your own.

A dependable partner for his clients

Eric helped us with a will for my wife and I after we adopted two children. He charged us nothing, and yet still treated us like a first class client.
