Founder of a multi-state commercial law practice. Twenty years of litigation experience, Chief Legal Officer to a 50+ location premium retailer, and in-house counsel to a lower-middle-market private equity fund. The firm has closed $100M+ across M&A, private equity, technology, cross-border (US and Europe), and real estate — buy- and sell-side, sponsor and target.
