Worked Hard for us from Miles Away!

Mike helped us to sell our Chicago condo after a move across the country. Moving is stressful and selling a condo in a place you’re no longer living is doubly stressful, but with Mike, it was much easier. We never once felt as though he didn’t have our best interest in mind and we always felt well ta...ken care of. I would highly recommend the Gunderson Law Firm for any and all real estate transactions, he was wonderful!

Property Tax appeal

Michael was thorough, thoughtful and totally dependable on our recent property tax appeal. He explained the process upfront very clearly, delivered on time and achieved a reduction almost twice what we anticipated. Michael did a fantastic job and I'd recommend him enthusiastically.

Responsive, Diligent and an Earnest Advocate

We hired Michael to represent us for the purchase of our first home; he came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Michael was very responsive and spent a lot of time walking us newbies through the home buying process. His knowledge, experience and pragmatic approach to real estate transac...tions was apparent throughout our contract negotiations and subsequent issues related to the appraisal. We knew we could come to him with any questions and felt as though we were in good hands from start to finish. We would certainly use Michael again and would absolutely recommend his services to others.
