Property Tax appeal

Michael was thorough, thoughtful and totally dependable on our recent property tax appeal. He explained the process upfront very clearly, delivered on time and achieved a reduction almost twice what we anticipated. Michael did a fantastic job and I'd recommend him enthusiastically.

Very Knowledgeable and Helpful Lawyer

Michael Gunderson helped my husband and I close on our condo in Chicago. I can't say enough good about him as a lawyer. He is very professional, dedicated, gets things done in a timely manner, informative and easy to approach. He made us feel very comfortable and took time to explain any doubts or... concerns we had. Before the closing had a few bumps in the road due to the seller not following the contract we had signed and Mr. Gunderson immediately resolved the issues at hand and left us feeling very content with the resolutions. I had to call Mr. Gunderson often and he always returned my calls quickly and spent the amount of time needed to help me understand and explain, he made us feel very comfortable and confident in everything he was doing. We would highly recommend Mr. Gunderson to use as a lawyer and represent you in your next case.
