Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd., Brian was the Co-Founder and Financial Director of Chicago Advocate Legal, NFP, which he formed after participating in the Justice Entrepreneurs Project (JEP). While in JEP, Brian was a Law Fellow and subsequently the Pro Bono Program Coordinator at Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services.
Brian earned his J.D. as a Dean’s List student at The John Marshall Law School (now UIC Law) in Chicago, and his B.A., Cum Laude, from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. He holds a Certificate in Health Law from The John Marshall Law School.
