Imo, Brian J Gilbert, Esq one of the worse legal representation I have experienced! He rarely returned phone calls as well Did Not respond to pertinent Motions on my behalf! I provided supporting documents to Attorney Brian J Gilbert, as well as names, phone numbers, typed character letters via prof...essional, & family but he NEVER presented to the Court on my behalf! To date, Brian J Gilbert Esq have Not submitted a summary regarding our last zoom meeting with the Guardian ad litem. During such meeting, the Guardian ad litem again used intimidation tactics, i.e. yelling and belittled me. Imo, Attorney Brian J Gilbert looked on like a deer in headlights and No response on my behalf to the Guardian ad litem! Overall, I was in shock and devastated that the poor representation via Brian J Gilbert, Esq continued. Attorney Brian J Gilbert was only consistent to forward me invoices for payment without provide good legal representation, Imo. However, I paid all invoices because I am not aware what are the legalities if I did not pay the invoices. I feel I was financially taken advantage of because Attorney Brian J Gilbert presented Poor/Unsettling Representation, Imo. Brian J Gilbert Esq submitted a "Motion to Withdraw" approximately 2-3 days before my then next Court date. Brian J Gilbert Esq did Not have a courtesy conversation with me prior to his submission to withdraw. In my unsettling experience, I Do Not Recommend Brian J Gilbert Esq! It is imperative to chose good legal services on your love one's and your behalf!!

Brian was very helpful in my case. I hired him in March of 2019 and our case was finished in December of 2019. He may not reply back right away on text messages and emails but he does take care of everything he needs to take care in the case. He was very helpful when he filed motions. Mr. Gilbert represented me on a couple of cases, in addition to having provided excellent consultation services and guidance on other legal matters. Specifically, Mr. Gilbert represented me on my divorce case which was incredibly complicated due to real estate. He worked diligently on my case consid...ering he was stepping into my case after my attorney suddenly passed away. With limited paperwork he swiftly took over and quickly established a positive rapport with the opposing counsel. I was very impressed with his work-ethic and effectiveness to negotiate on my behalf and ability to convey to judge my personal situation that resulted in several huge wins on my behalf!! He handled my case with great care and professionalism. Mr. Gilbert is a good listener. He explained everything to my in terms I could understand and was also responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. Most importantly, he also was compassionate, understanding, considerate of my health, accommodating to my schedule and very patient, as English is not my first language. I'm grateful for Mr. Gilbert as his problem-solving skills, experience and knowledge of the law in this area and at court allowed me to keep my home and continue to focus on my health and live without all the stress from before. I am highly recommending Mr. Gilbert!!
