Brian is an excellent attorney. I was referred to him by another attorney, and I’m so glad I hired him. I had a four-year divorce case that multiple attorneys before him described as complex, and Brian was able to successfully bring it to a close at a reasonable cost. Divorce is incredibly difficult,... and having an attorney who is both strategic and upfront is essential. Brian was honest with me- even when the truth wasn’t what I wanted to hear- and I truly appreciated that. He is highly intelligent and has a deep understanding of the law, especially in cases that are far from straightforward. Beyond his legal expertise, Brian showed genuine compassion during some very difficult moments. He was truly a lifesaver during an incredibly challenging time, and I am forever grateful to him. Imo, Brian J Gilbert, Esq one of the worse legal representation I have experienced! He rarely returned phone calls as well Did Not respond to pertinent Motions on my behalf! I provided supporting documents to Attorney Brian J Gilbert, as well as names, phone numbers, typed character letters via prof...essional, & family but he NEVER presented to the Court on my behalf! To date, Brian J Gilbert Esq have Not submitted a summary regarding our last zoom meeting with the Guardian ad litem. During such meeting, the Guardian ad litem again used intimidation tactics, i.e. yelling and belittled me. Imo, Attorney Brian J Gilbert looked on like a deer in headlights and No response on my behalf to the Guardian ad litem! Overall, I was in shock and devastated that the poor representation via Brian J Gilbert, Esq continued. Attorney Brian J Gilbert was only consistent to forward me invoices for payment without provide good legal representation, Imo. However, I paid all invoices because I am not aware what are the legalities if I did not pay the invoices. I feel I was financially taken advantage of because Attorney Brian J Gilbert presented Poor/Unsettling Representation, Imo. Brian J Gilbert Esq submitted a "Motion to Withdraw" approximately 2-3 days before my then next Court date. Brian J Gilbert Esq did Not have a courtesy conversation with me prior to his submission to withdraw. In my unsettling experience, I Do Not Recommend Brian J Gilbert Esq! It is imperative to chose good legal services on your love one's and your behalf!!

I had a prior Attorney that was disbarred and never informed me about it because he was still charging me money and just not showing up to represent me in court. It was at a low point in my life as I was battling for child custody as well as for real estate! I had lost all faith in Lawyers and never ...wanted to use one again! Brian is considerate and has excellent rates that I could afford and he was understanding when I missed a payment and had to double up the next month. He never faltered in his representation of my case and I can't say enough positive things about my experiences as his client! I go to him now for all my legal questions and issues and I tell him that he's my Attorney for life! So, if you're looking for an affordable savvy Attorney then do yourself a favor like I did and call Attorney Brian Jacob Gilbert!

So, kudos to Brian Gilbert and his assistant, Morgan Cook! With their wisdom, knowledge, patience and kindness, Brian and Morgan helped me realized that my cas...e was bigger than I expected along with sharing with me the do's and don'ts, advantages and disadvantages regarding my case, allowing me to make my own decision on how I wanted to proceed! So, to make a long story short, the case was settled out of court which I got back all of my money that I paid! Thank YOU JESUS!
