Imo, Brian J Gilbert, Esq one of the worse legal representation I have experienced! He rarely returned phone calls as well Did Not respond to pertinent Motions on my behalf! I provided supporting documents to Attorney Brian J Gilbert, as well as names, phone numbers, typed character letters via prof...essional, & family but he NEVER presented to the Court on my behalf! To date, Brian J Gilbert Esq have Not submitted a summary regarding our last zoom meeting with the Guardian ad litem. During such meeting, the Guardian ad litem again used intimidation tactics, i.e. yelling and belittled me. Imo, Attorney Brian J Gilbert looked on like a deer in headlights and No response on my behalf to the Guardian ad litem! Overall, I was in shock and devastated that the poor representation via Brian J Gilbert, Esq continued. Attorney Brian J Gilbert was only consistent to forward me invoices for payment without provide good legal representation, Imo. However, I paid all invoices because I am not aware what are the legalities if I did not pay the invoices. I feel I was financially taken advantage of because Attorney Brian J Gilbert presented Poor/Unsettling Representation, Imo. Brian J Gilbert Esq submitted a "Motion to Withdraw" approximately 2-3 days before my then next Court date. Brian J Gilbert Esq did Not have a courtesy conversation with me prior to his submission to withdraw. In my unsettling experience, I Do Not Recommend Brian J Gilbert Esq! It is imperative to chose good legal services on your love one's and your behalf!!

By far the worse experience I have ever had. Never returns phone calls, never argues for you in court, will constantly replace himself with a random attorney who is unfamiliar with your case on the very day of court, will not call you after court. I could go on and on but this guy will milk you like ...a cow and do whatever is below the bare minimum on your case.

Brian was hired to represent me with a simple family law matter. The entire process took much longer than need be. Communication was abysmal often taking several days up to weeks to get status updates on my case. Brian appeared to be disorganized and seemed to be juggling too many cases at a time wit...h limited to no support.

This lawyer is a total joke! Do not hire, look elsewhere l! Never returns calls Never receive any of your documents Goes to court for you without notifying his clients Does not argue in court You will absolutely never get what you want in court with Brian representing you. Takes weeks him si...mple questions to be answered. Save the frustration, endless time wasted getting this attorney to do the bare minimum.
