I’ve have the pleasure of working with Brian on a post decree support order. He is very patient, attentive, knowledgeable and an overall joy to work with. I had a prior Attorney that was disbarred and never informed me about it because he was still charging me money and just not showing up to represent me in court. It was at a low point in my life as I was battling for child custody as well as for real estate! I had lost all faith in Lawyers and never ...wanted to use one again! Then I had residual effects from the prior poor representation and had decided to represent myself. But once Covid-19 hit and the world changed; I wasn't feeling so confident about "proceeding pro se" anymore. Around this time I was retelling my story and experience to a friend and she recommended I call a third party acquaintance who suggested I call Brian Gilbert. By far the worse experience I have ever had. Never returns phone calls, never argues for you in court, will constantly replace himself with a random attorney who is unfamiliar with your case on the very day of court, will not call you after court. I could go on and on but this guy will milk you like ...a cow and do whatever is below the bare minimum on your case.

I truly thank God through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for blessing me with two of the best, trustworthy, and honest attorneys in Chicago! So, kudos to Brian Gilbert and his assistant, Morgan Cook! With their wisdom, knowledge, patience and kindness, Brian and Morgan helped me realized that my cas...e was bigger than I expected along with sharing with me the do's and don'ts, advantages and disadvantages regarding my case, allowing me to make my own decision on how I wanted to proceed! So, to make a long story short, the case was settled out of court which I got back all of my money that I paid! Thank YOU JESUS!
