Kevin Lawrence Dixler

I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kevin Dixler as an immigration attorney. Mr. Dixler assisted me with my N-400 application. Initially I had filed for naturalization by myself; my situation was not remarkable in any way and so should have completed in the normal time-frame and without issue. It did n...ot. Once Mr. Dixler’s office had copies of all of the relevant paperwork things progressed quickly. Up until I contacted Mr. Dixler I had been waiting half a year for a response from the U.S.C.I.S. on the status of my application, with no end in sight. Within just a few weeks of Mr. Dixler taking on my case, I received a summons to appear for my oath ceremony! I do not understand how government institutions can be so remiss in their responsibilities and seemingly answerable to no-one, but I am very glad that consummate professionals such as Mr. Dixler have dedicated themselves to providing support and assistance to those of us who need it. Mr. Dixler was referred to me by a friend who used his services to obtain a K-1 Fiance visa. While I was reluctant at first to use an out of town lawyer, Mr. Dixler soon proved it would be no issue. I live in California, but was able to communicate with Mr. Dixler and his assistant, Ms. Momin, via ...telephone, email and fax. I have never met them in person, but I feel like I know them. They are always available to answer my questions and explain any confusing paperwork. They also encourage me in times when I am feeling nervous about the process. Immigration paperwork can be extremely overwhelming and then only thing that got me through the process was knowing the Mr. Dixler and Ms. Momin were supporting my fiance and I.
