Very dedicated and responsive. If it was not for him I would still be undocumented. In 6 months I received my work permit. In less than a year I am a PERMANENT RESIDENT. After 3 years of wrangling with Immigration issues, we contacted Mr. Dixler to assist us in obtaining my husband's visa. I was heavily pregnant at the time, and we were extremely worried that my husband was about to be deported due to his visa being denied. He was told he would have to leave the USA ...within 90 days or risk permanent deportation. Mr. Dixler was able to delay that decision, and then sent in an entirely new application on our behalf. He and his paralegal were efficient and knowledgeable, and were able to give us a very concise list of documents we would require. What took me 3 years of hard work took them less than 6 months from beginning to end! I wish we had met Mr. Dixler years ago, it would have saved us a LOT of time, money, and stress!! We received our interview with the USCIS only 4 months after meeting Kevin, and the final decision to give my husband a permanent resident visa was made 6 weeks later. Mr. Dixler was referred to me by a friend who used his services to obtain a K-1 Fiance visa. While I was reluctant at first to use an out of town lawyer, Mr. Dixler soon proved it would be no issue. I live in California, but was able to communicate with Mr. Dixler and his assistant, Ms. Momin, via ...telephone, email and fax. I have never met them in person, but I feel like I know them. They are always available to answer my questions and explain any confusing paperwork. They also encourage me in times when I am feeling nervous about the process. Immigration paperwork can be extremely overwhelming and then only thing that got me through the process was knowing the Mr. Dixler and Ms. Momin were supporting my fiance and I. They know all of the laws and always insist that paperwork is done correctly the first time, regardless of how many emails and corrections it takes. I attribute our relatively smooth K-1 process to their high standards. I would say to anyone who is considering whether or not to retain an immigration attorney for Visa matters that doing so can really give you peace of mind. Having an educated person to call on and complete your documents makes a very difficult process much easier. There is no reason to do it alone.
