Paul George O'Toole

I hired Mr. O'Toole to represent me in an auto accident that caused severe whiplash and a torn rotator cuff from the seatbelt. He spoke with me personally on a regular basis. The ONLY thing that held up my case were doctors who wanted to keep "treating" me with physical therapy and medications. ... Once I decided to have the surgery and was released from the final round of physical therapy, my case was ready to be filed and was done so promptly. He even went so far as to stop dep when he saw tears in my eyes and let me cry in the hallway when I became embarrassed to say that I was afraid to have the surgery. We did win by the way. He got me the entire insurance policy's worth and made sure to get me discounts on every medical bill he could possible. I refer him to everyone I know. I even took POA over a car accident my younger brother was in, as he works out of town. Paul called me from his son's hockey tournament in another state just to discuss issues we were having with the rinkydink insurance company that outright REFUSED (in writing) to cover my brother's injuries. They attempted to get out of it by saying the owner of the vehicle didn't carry insurance to cover passengers!! (On a "full coverage" policy) He won that entire policy also.
