Paul George O'Toole

Mr. O'Toole represented my elderly Uncle in a case involving complicated medical damages. He spent countless hours obtaining medical experts to link the medical condition to the accident. He was always available whenever we needed to discuss the matter. He was successful in defeating the insurance co...mpany. Mr. O'Toole was very professional and honest. He was always timely in returning phone calls. In fact, we reached out to him on Christmas Eve and he spent an hour consulting with my Uncle. Since that time, he has represented many of our family members and friends. He is a lawyer that handles complicated and serious matters. We were very happy with his representation and would highly recommend him.

Claim date Sept. 2002 Payment date Sept. 2006 Fours years of total grief & bull. When it came time to "settle" all the numbers changed on my claim. I called Paul out on several amounts he added in & then reveresed out. $10,000 short to start. He blamed "the girl up front" did this and then lau...ghed. He also doesn't know how to add or subtract, only when it's in he's favor. Finally got my claimed awarded after a horrible car accident it went from $135,000 to $68,000 I had to "beg" for the last $10,000. He's a DISGRACE!!'

My sister and I went to Paul O'Toole in Jan 2013 and he told us the way he works is through family of lawyers and Doctors that is why he does not take any money we also told him we did not want to find out in 6 months that he could not help us and he said "Oh no I won't let it go that long I promise.... Well 1 1/2 later he has done NOTHING. Every time I call he always has a excuse. We fired him and now are scrambling looking for a lawyer because the time is almost up and we will not be able to file! DO NOT hire this man as your lawyer, it's a shame the man calls himself a lawyer!!!!!

I totally agree with the other persons review. Paul O'Toole was extremely lazy and very unprofessional. He would never do anything that I asked him to do, he never wanted to work on my case, he wanted it to be "treated like a feather" those were his words quote on quote. He never filed any moti...ons that I asked him to do he flat out lied and when I found out I fired him. He likes to have his interns do his job and represent you on your case because he is lazy!!!
