Unswerving Attorney

Paul O'Toole was determined and tough when handling my matter. He was unswerving when it came time to negotiate and achieved a result that was above and beyond what I looking for in the resolution of my case.

Good Lawyer

I have worked with Paul for many years and hes been an excellent lawyer. Paul worked on a personal injury case for me and he was like a pit bull, taking on four insurance company's and winning. Paul is currently working on a complicated workman's comp case for my wife and doing a great job. I have ...referred him to many people and never heard any complaints. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family members as needed.

Helpful, Professional AND caring.

I hired Mr. O'Toole to represent me in an auto accident that caused severe whiplash and a torn rotator cuff from the seatbelt. He spoke with me personally on a regular basis. The ONLY thing that held up my case were doctors who wanted to keep "treating" me with physical therapy and medications. ... Once I decided to have the surgery and was released from the final round of physical therapy, my case was ready to be filed and was done so promptly. The car that hit us was registered as a company vehichle for another auto insurance company and they fought hard not to give me my money back. Paul spoke with me regularly, giving me updates, and even gave me his personal cell number. I missed my first deposition due to unrelated illness and he rescheduled that promptly also. He even went so far as to stop dep when he saw tears in my eyes and let me cry in the hallway when I became embarrassed to say that I was afraid to have the surgery. We did win by the way. He got me the entire insurance policy's worth and made sure to get me discounts on every medical bill he could possible. I refer him to everyone I know. I even took POA over a car accident my younger brother was in, as he works out of town. Paul called me from his son's hockey tournament in another state just to discuss issues we were having with the rinkydink insurance company that outright REFUSED (in writing) to cover my brother's injuries. They attempted to get out of it by saying the owner of the vehicle didn't carry insurance to cover passengers!! (On a "full coverage" policy) He won that entire policy also.

Malpractice is not even what he does.... so why did he take our case and a year and a half later has does nothing.

My sister and I went to Paul O'Toole in Jan 2013 and he told us the way he works is through family of lawyers and Doctors that is why he does not take any money we also told him we did not want to find out in 6 months that he could not help us and he said "Oh no I won't let it go that long I promise.... Well 1 1/2 later he has done NOTHING. Every time I call he always has a excuse. We fired him and now are scrambling looking for a lawyer because the time is almost up and we will not be able to file! DO NOT hire this man as your lawyer, it's a shame the man calls himself a lawyer!!!!!

Lazy and Unproffesional!!!!

I totally agree with the other persons review. Paul O'Toole was extremely lazy and very unprofessional. He would never do anything that I asked him to do, he never wanted to work on my case, he wanted it to be "treated like a feather" those were his words quote on quote. He never filed any moti...ons that I asked him to do he flat out lied and when I found out I fired him. He likes to have his interns do his job and represent you on your case because he is lazy!!!
