As a first time DUI offender I had zero clue what to do. The evidence against me was very strong. Based on Internet research I conducted before seeking an attorney I concluded that I was facing 1 year in jail, fines of $2,500, loss of my license for a full year, along with... other various penalties and fines. As I'm typing this, I no longer require a lawyer to pursue and complete the court mandated agreements of my case. I have paid Mike in full and he has no further obligation to me. Having said that, I've been having problems with trying to fulfill my minimum court mandated requirements.
