I have been practicing criminal law for over 20 years in DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane and Kendall Counties. I am a former Assistant State's Attorney who has prosecuted cases in the traffic, misdemeanor and felony divisions. I know both sides of a criminal prosecution very well and know how to effectively negotiate with prosecutors to gain positive results. I also represent clients at Secretary of State License Reinstatement Hearings and have success in counseling clients in their efforts to be approved for full reinstatment and restricted driving permits.

Knows the system
I needed to get fast action on a ticket violation causing a suspended drivers license. Heather Ryan Law, Ltd. was able to go to court the day after contact and get a hearing.
