Michael and his team are extremely professional. Michael knows the laws of immigration and how to best help his clients. When we hit a hiccup in our process Michael reassured me that this was normal. He never set unrealistic expectations, he was honest througout the entire process. He laid out each s...tep which was easy to follow, he and his team sent clear instructions of what we needed gather in regards to documents and all deadlines were adhered to from the legal standpoint. I appreciated that the individuals that work with Michael did not answer my questions when they did not have the answer, this made me feel comfortable knowing that all the information I received was correct. My only suggestion for improvement is for Michael to be more accessible by phone. He was very prompt in responding to email but if I wanted to reach him by phone I needed to set an appointment 9/10 times or wait for a call back. However when we were in a jam and it was an emergent situation Michael immediately came to the phone which we greatly appreciated! I trusted Michael and his team 100% to get us through a very intimidating process! We have already recommended him to some of our friends.
