I’ve been an attorney for over 25 years and have hired many other attorneys during that time for both personal matters and matters related to the businesses I’ve served as in-house counsel. Of the numerous attorneys I’ve worked with in the past, Mike is one of the very best. He is highly intelligent,... professional, fair, and passionate about providing clients with the best service as well as staying at the forefront of immigration law. I’ve known him for about eight years and he was highly recommended to me by a business partner whose former employer had hired him with excellent results. Several years ago, I also referred a friend of mine to him who ended up hiring him to get a green card for her husband. She told me Mike did a great job for them. In 2014, my wife and I petitioned USCIS to have all the conditions of my wife’s permanent residency removed. Initially, I prepared the application and supporting documents, and filed them with USCIS. However, even though I completed the application forms correctly and provided all the information requested, we ran into problems with USCIS requiring additional evidentiary proof in order to meet the requirements for approval. That’s when we hired Mike. He made a number of recommendations to improve our petition by adding certain additional evidence and providing further explanation to USCIS about our personal finances. Mike and his team filed the additional evidence with USCIS along with a lengthy letter from him that further explained why our petition should be granted. About two weeks later, USCIS approved the petition without comment. I was totally surprised by how quickly USCIS responded to Mike’s submission. The lesson here is that Mike and his team are thoroughly familiar with USCIS practices, procedures, and nuances, and as a result, were able to quickly and efficiently get my wife’s petition granted. Right or wrong, I think USCIS also gives petitions like ours greater credibility when they are submitted by an experienced and respected immigration attorney like Mike. Needless to say when it came time for my wife to submit her petition to become a U.S. citizen, we hired Mike again. He reviewed our petition, made some changes to it, prepped my wife for the interview with USCIS, and attended the actual interview with her. My wife passed the interview on the first go-round and is now a proud U.S. citizen. Thanks again Mike.

I can't say enough about Attorney Jarecki. My Spouse and I had an uphill battle before us. Mike took the lead and we were never steered wrong. My Fiance ( at the time) and I were denied 2 times by an embassy overseas. Attorney Jarecki, new what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. We had to g...o down an entirely different path to appeal the last rejection notice. Mike, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what we were in for. Needless to say, we prevailed. I know that with any other lawyer this would not have gotten this far. He is amazing! It was a time and excruciating process but Attorney Jarecki new exactly what to do. I think he is by far the best I have ever encountered. In the end after 2 denials at the embassy overseas, we were finally approved! I owe this all to the wizard of an Attorney Mr. Jarecki is. I will use him for all of my immigration needs in the future. He and his team do a great job keeping you informed and answering any questions that you have that might arise.I would encourage ANYONE looking for immigration needs to contact Attorney Jarecki. Because of him my family is whole and reunited. I know he cares about each and every case he takes on. Ours was difficult from the beginning but, that didn't stop him.
