My interaction with the M. Jarecki Law firm has been quite illuminating, they are very down to earth and keeps you updated on every aspect of your immigration issue. Whether it is the Green card and work authorization, etc. They are the best of the best from our perspective. Jerome T., keeps you... up to date on every issue no matter how minor it is but eventually, it would get bigger later down the line. Also, we enjoy the personal touch of the prep interview given by the firm. It helped a lot. The prep help Jackson to prepare and make him stronger for the real interview. I cannot recommend Mike enough for his excellent legal and policy knowledge, and his solution-focused advice in immigration law. He apprehends complex situations quickly, distills the crucial legal issues and explains them precisely, and is experienced in dealing with government departments and emplo...yers. I brought Mike in to sort out a potentially disastrous situation involving my H-1B visa sponsored by my employer (a university) during the COVID pandemic, that was extremely time-sensitive. As soon as he entered the picture, he shed light on everything and outlined options that nobody else had previously even considered. In all dealings, Mike was honest, extremely timely and efficient. He was an indispensable part of achieving my most preferred outcome, and honestly, just a great person to work with.

Mike helped me with the submission of a I-131 reentry permit. I left the country due to a family emergency during the peak of COVID, and hadn't planned to be outside of the US for a long time. When I realized that I would likely need to be outside the US for longer the 6 months, a friend referred me ...to Mike and I'm so glad he did. Mike quickly advised me on what I would need to do to submit a reentry permit (I-131). He is detail oriented, attentive, and responded to all of my emails (most within 12-24 hours). His entire team was professional and I always felt like I could count on them to provide guidance.
