Mike helped me end 9 years of PAINFUL WAIT! Mike filed a mandamus lawsuit on my behalf to compel the USCIS to respond. After 2 months (FINALLY) they approved my green card! For the last 9 years USCIS never made a decision on my multiple applications! They simply piled them and never explained wh...at or why!! The only response I used to receive was “your case is in-line to be reviewed by an officer, we will notify you when a decision is made” It was painful and frustrating long long wait!! One day I asked a USCIS CS on the phone “how long I should keep calling for service requests?
