Biography
Neal was born and raised in Chicago. He resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two young children. His family are frequent visitors and supporters of the Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago Children Musuem, and Musuem of Science and Industry. Neal has supported helping individuals that cannot afford legal services by contributing to the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Illinois State Bar Associaiton, and Chicago Bar Association. Neal and his wife are active members of their local community, have volunteered at the local hospital, and are huge Chicago sports fans.
