An elderly pedestrian was crossing the street near his home to go to a local store. He took the same route everyday. While crossing the street, he was struck by a motorist making a left-hand turn. ... The pedestrian was severely injured and died at the hospital the next day. The motorist initially blamed the elderly pedestrian. The family hired Neal Gainsberg to represent them in a wrongful death action and prove the motorist was at fault and acted negligent.
