We represent consumers in class litigation to expose and remedy unlawful corporate practices. One of our specialties involves suing Illinois based companies that obtain biometric information (fingerprints, voice and eye scans) without your written consent.

We sue companies that bombard you with unsolicited robo calls and pre-recorded messages. The TCPA provides for $500 to $1,500 for each unlawful robo call and/or pre-recorded message. We also enforce the National "do not call list".

We help negotiate reduced payments if you suffer from hardships or where we can argue that a debt collector may have violated a part of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

We represent private and public employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, unpaid wages and harassment.

Apple class action lawsuit

Very professional litigator

Let me first begin by saying that I have never sued anyone or any organization before; this was our first time. In this case, with James as our lead plaintiff's attorney, I was a class representative. We participated because my wife and I were beyond disappointed in our Apple iPhones (Version 6) we h...ad purchased. Without be-laboring our complaint, let's just say a premium product wasn't operating at nearly the premium price point. In the auto world, the phone would be described as nothing short of a "Lemon". Regarding James, he was the David vs. Goliath and performed beautifully. He endeavored through a long & drawn-out case, fought elegantly, kept us up-to-date quite regularly, and we ended up being compensated. Nice job.

Highly recommend!
