We represent consumers in class litigation to expose and remedy unlawful corporate practices. One of our specialties involves suing Illinois based companies that obtain biometric information (fingerprints, voice and eye scans) without your written consent.

We sue companies that bombard you with unsolicited robo calls and pre-recorded messages. The TCPA provides for $500 to $1,500 for each unlawful robo call and/or pre-recorded message. We also enforce the National "do not call list".

We help negotiate reduced payments if you suffer from hardships or where we can argue that a debt collector may have violated a part of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

We represent private and public employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, unpaid wages and harassment.

Let James handle your stress and fix any credit / debt issues

Top Notch Lawyer! He removed an old debt that was on my credit report in a few days and got me paid $$$ for an FDCA violation. Once this debt was off my collections report, my credit score went upover +50 points. He thinks outside the box and will find a solution. when other's can't. Always updates ...you and communicates in plain English you will understand everything. Other lawyers will not get you the full compensation you deserve and you will get hit with a debt cancellation tax bill. James got me the maximum award $$$ and the debt buyer had to eat the tax bill. Debt Collector Suit!

Mr. Vlahakis responded very quickly to my questions by taking the time to provide me with very detailed information. This Guy Gets You Right!!

I can't say enough good things about James. From day one he took the overwhelming anxiety part out of dealing with several collectors. He was very open and informative, which let me know that I was finally taking care of this the right way by working with him and not attempting to do on my own...aga...in.
