I contacted James in early 2018 regarding a class action/consumer protection case against a major retailer/manufacturer. Let me first begin by saying that I have never sued anyone or any organization before; this was our first time. In this case, with James as our lead plaintiff's attorney, I was a class representative. We participated because my wife and I were beyond disappointed in our Apple iPhones (Version 6) we h...ad purchased. Without be-laboring our complaint, let's just say a premium product wasn't operating at nearly the premium price point. In the auto world, the phone would be described as nothing short of a "Lemon". Regarding James, he was the David vs. Goliath and performed beautifully.
