We represent consumers in class litigation to expose and remedy unlawful corporate practices. One of our specialties involves suing Illinois based companies that obtain biometric information (fingerprints, voice and eye scans) without your written consent.

We sue companies that bombard you with unsolicited robo calls and pre-recorded messages. The TCPA provides for $500 to $1,500 for each unlawful robo call and/or pre-recorded message. We also enforce the National "do not call list".

We help negotiate reduced payments if you suffer from hardships or where we can argue that a debt collector may have violated a part of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

We represent private and public employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, unpaid wages and harassment.

Awesome attorney who cares

This man is fantastic at what he does. Multiple law firms told me I shouldn't bother because my case was "weak", but James (Atlas Consumer Law) assured me that he could make it go in my favor. He will gladly answer any questions you have and explain what he's doing even though he's very busy. He ...did an exceptional job and my case (debt collector harassment) went in my favor. He reassured me that I was going to be just fine and really helped ease my mind. That is a big part of why he's a great attorney. He genuinely cares about his clients big or small and truly is passionate about what he does. It shows in his work/results. He gets paid from winning cases (part of the settlement) and has been practicing for well over a decade, so that should tell you something.
