James LasCola represented my husband an I for our mortgage closing, and we couldn't be more pleased with his professional handling of the situation. At one point they asked us to sign two documents that had conflicting information, which we wouldn't even have known if Mr. LasCola hadn't caught it, and were being pressured to sign them regardless. We were relieved when he insisted, firmly, that they correct the mistake before we sign. Having someone so knowledgeable and capable to look out for our interests gave us confidence.

Knowledge in Estate Planning.

We hired James when we sold and purchased a home. He represented us very well and went above and beyond when closing on our purchased home. The lender was confused on several issues, and kept making mistakes.

Personal and Prefessional

I found James LasCola to be a lawyer with the utmost integrity in dealing with my home sale and the buy of my home. He protected me from some unforeseen pitfalls and handled the all the transactions long distance so I did not have to be onsite to close. He was attentive to my deal and got back to me ASAP whenever I called. I would recommend James if you are looking for a lawyer who will not compromise and fight for your interest.
