Alex is an amazing, talented, caring, and intelligent lawyer
I had a minority litigation case against bad partners in business and Alex was the best attorney that I ever got. Alex is very knowledgable and has expertise in his field of law. He quickly found out factual allegations/violations against my business partners for their misconduct, corporate waste, violation of the business corporation act, and etc. He put a lawsuit against my partners and then we reached a successful settlement due to his skillful strategy. This whole case just took 3 months because of Alex putting his tremendous effort and looking after the best interest for me. I made a lot of money in this settlement (I do not want to share the big amount on here) because of Alex. In addition, if it was not for Alex I would be stuck with a bad partnership and have no or very little money distributed to me. I highly recommend everyone to choose Alex! He’s an awesome lawyer. I tried to find other lawyers before I chose him but no other lawyers were better than Alex’s professional law skills. And plus the other lawyers were sounding like they just wanted to milk my money but NOT Alex. He’s very ethical, knowledgable, and cares for your best interest. I’m very happy now because of Alex! He saved me! CHOOSE ALEX!!

Absolutely Brilliant
I recently had to pursue litigation against a former business partner and Alex was recommended to us by a friend. Now, I've dealt with a number of attorneys in my time, and I can tell the good from the bad. Alex was amazing! His knowledge of business/partnership law was really impressive, and we needed that in a big way for our case. Ultimately, he forced the other side into a position where they settled out of court, and we were extremely pleased with what he negotiated on our behalf. In addition, his staff was pleasant to deal with and he was very accessible when we needed to talk. I would enthusiastically recommend Alex to anyone in our position - he's the best!

As a senior citizen with a dear wife who died from Azheimer's Disease complications while having to experience the trials and tribulations of the corporate nursing home industry, coming into contact with Mr. Alexander Isaac Ernst Passo through Avvo, was a God send. "I ask a question on Avvo and Mr. Passo took the time to offer me answer." Unfortunately, my wife and I had to find out the hard way that many of the elderly have become a "Cash Commodity" for the nursing home industry and are not being afforded their legal rights. Especially in the State of Illinois where nursing homes are not required to carry liability insurance making them "litigation proof" in the eyes of too many in the legal profession. With that status, nursing home administrators think they can abuse Health Care Directives at will to increase the bottom line and raise the stock price. Now, hopefully, with Mr. Passo's help and direction there will be many elderly senior citizens who will not have to suffer my wife's situation. To Mr. Passo, in memory of my late wife and on behalf of the elderly facing this trauma, thank you for caring!

Rude and unprofessional
I spoke with this attorney seeking representation in a civil small claims matter he was extremely rude and told me he doesn't take cases that are not claiming sums of $100,000 or more very rude my question to be if he's an attorney that takes cases with a minimum of $100,000 and why is he on a site such as this pants he only has three reviews so he must not have that many clients that I willing to pay 10 and $20,000 for a retainer

Due to the rules of professional conduct, I will not delve into the details of our conversation. I'm sorry that you were offended by my explanation that I would not be a good fit for your matter. I am sympathetic to your circumstances; I wish you the best of luck.
