This attorney is more of a used car sales man than an attorney. She has no knowledge of immigration laws and policies. She recommended that I proceed with an immigration case when a quick online search revealed I do not qualify for that case. She is also an ignorant person that does not care about yo...ur case just wants your money. Read some other reviews and you will see for yourself. Go with someone else.

Mrs Gostynska is an excellent lawyer. She helped me and my husband.Our case were very complicated.She takes care of evrything,all documents were prepared very well she always keep me informed of the progress of our case.When we have a question , she always has an answer and explain all things. She is... the best lawyer.I truly recommend Mrs.Gostynska.

Mrs. Gostynska was trying to handle our immigration case. We were sponsored trough my husband work for special skilled worker. To finish the 3 step process we had to go to Poland for the interview. She told us our case is very strong and was told by her to buy two way tickets. January, Interview did ...not go well. At the beginning we did know what exactly went wrong because let say at the Embassy misinformed us. After a month our lawyer finally called the Embassy (Feb) and asked what they want. At that time our case was already sent back to USCIS. In August we got the respond from USCIS. We had 30 to responds to it. Our lawyer informed us that we got the letter from USCIS and told us she will contact us the next day. She never did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She never responded to any of our emails. We do not recommend this lawyer. She has the knowledge but she does not care about the clients at all. She does not respond to her emails nor is she ever in her office. Really avoid if you can.

Never answers the phones does not care about your case and always late on her appointments. In addition, she charged me for a work she didi not have to do and never answer the phones or return the money. She is not worth as an immigration lawyer. She can not defend your rights because she is against ...you. I will not recommend her to anyone.

Barely never answer for phone calls and e-mails. Always delay more than hour for our appointments. Never prepared for appointments. She even didn't know WHERE (which immigration office) to send my documents and during two months didn't find time to check that. My advice is - if you need reliable l...awyer, look for someone else.
