I would like to recommend this lawyer from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to her, I got my permanent residency. Ms. Gostynska Frakt was very professional. knowledgeable and very dedicated to my case. I went to her in a hopeless situation, and she won a very difficult and complicated case for me.... She spent countless hours to make sure that my case was approved even though the immigration office was very difficult to deal with. She spent hours following up with different officers and supervisors until my case was finally approved. I was in a very difficult family situation and I needed a lot of support during my case with immigration. She was a great attorney, a great advocate and a great human being. She was always there for me. She always had time and a patience to talk to me when I needed to see her.

W roku 2008 udałem sie do biura gostyńskiej które znajdowało sie na ulicy Addison Str. Chociaż byłem stałym rezydentem, mialem na koncie sprawę kryminalna i bałem sie podejść po obywatelstwo z obawy przed deportacja. Zostałem przyjęty i potraktowany jak intruz. gostynska nie była pewna czy moja spraw...a podlega deportacji, wiec zażądała $350 za konsultacje i obiecała ze w ciagu tygodnia rozezna sie w prawie i skontaktuje sie ze mną. Po miesiącu bezowocnego oczekiwania zadzwoniłem do księżniczki. Niestety, odebrała sekretarka i oznajmiła mi ze gostynska jest za bardzo zajęta żeby ze mną rozmawiać. To powtórzyło sie kilka razy, aż w końcu zapytałem czy w takim układzie mogą mi zwrócić pieniądze. W odpowiedzi usłyszałem pogróżkę w bardzo zastraszajacym tonie głosu, żebym uważał, bo mogę znaleźć sie w Polsce szybciej niż to sobie wyobrażam.

This attorney is more of a used car sales man than an attorney. She has no knowledge of immigration laws and policies. She recommended that I proceed with an immigration case when a quick online search revealed I do not qualify for that case. She is also an ignorant person that does not care about yo...ur case just wants your money. Read some other reviews and you will see for yourself. Go with someone else.
