Potrafi skomplikowac nawet najprostrze sprawy - przedluzenie wizy ktore moglam zrobic sama ale oddalam do "profesjonalisty" zlozyla po terminie skutkując 6 miesieczną utratą pozwolenia na prace. Miała na przygotowanie dokumentow 12 miesiecy a zabrała się za sprawę 2 tygodnie przed terminem. Nigdy nie zdarzylo mi sie aby wykonawca uslugi krzyczal na mnie za to ze sam popelnil bledy, co mialo miejsce w tej sytuacji. Okradla mnie tez z 2000 USD za zlozenie wniosku, ktorego nigdy nie zlozyla. Pobrała oplate 6 miesiecy temu, od tego czasu ani zlozonego wniosku ani nawet informacji co się wydarzylo. To standard, że nie odbiera telefonu, nie odpisuje na majle ani nie odpowiada na zostawione wiadomosci na sekretarce. Jako klient bedziesz się czuł jak sprzedawca niepotrzebnych dywanow a nie osoba ktora zapłacila za usluge i ma prawo dowiedziec się na jakim etapie realizacji ona jest. Kazdy rozumie, że przy sprawach imigracyjnych terminy mogą sie przedluzać, ale to naprawdę niepoważne jesli od miesiąca prob kontaktu majlowych, telefonicznych i z sekretariatem nie ma zadnej odpowiedzi. Szkoda sie szarpac. Jesli chcesz powierzyć ważną sprawę zaufanej osobie z ktorą bedziesz czul sie bezpiecznie, ktora przypilnuje terminow i dokumentow, to nie tutaj. Uciekaj, nawet jesli juz podpisales umowe, warto uratować chociaz swoj czas nawet jesli zaplaciłeś juz zaliczke.
