Stephen handled my DUI case. I found him online and requested information on his website. I got a call back within thirty minutes and had an appointment to come in a couple days later. The initial meeting was great and he had a plan of attack based on the information I gave him that day. I knew fr...om the first meeting that he had the confidence and experience to represent me in my case. Throughout the whole case Stephen kept me informed on the process and had a plan of action for any scenario that arose. Through his hard work and dedication I was found not guilty of a DUI. This was my first experience in dealing with an attorney and he made the process as painless as possible. I will recommend Stephen to anyone in this situation.

I was kept well-informed of my DWLS case and Stephen was very knowledgeable with my past driving record on how to maneuver me through the judicial system. Well worth the money and I am happily driving and on the road again. Very professional and friendly. Some attorneys look like they make their cli...ents feel like jsut another name and number - Stephen was easy to talk to and I somehow managed a smile as I handed over my check :) He was able to explain to me all of my options, what could and could not happen and took the time to break down everything on the phone even before I paid my retainer. March 16, 2014 To whom it may concern, My name is Steve and I was represented by Ramsell & Associates, Stephen Klein in my fourth DUI case. After the DUI arrest I was inundated with mail advertising legal services and once it registered in my mind what had happened and the trouble I was in I... decided that I would research the legal representation that was available and at what cost. Through my internet research I found Ramsell & Associates (Ramsell,) among others, but what had separated Ramsell was Donald Ramsell’s experience and involvement in the DUI field. I found that his involvement in research of the DUI law, writing/co-writing many of the laws, and his activity in the legal community placed him above the rest. After interviewing Ramsell and 2 other law firms I found that Ramsell was slightly more expensive but believed the added experience was worth it; who would know the ins and outs of the law better than someone who helped write it. So I retained Ramsell & Associates to represent me. Ramsell & Associates attorney Stephen Klein represented me in this case. During the course of my case I felt that Stephen wasn’t as personable as he should be and should better listen to my suggestions, I became quite frustrated until I realized that I hired this firm to represent me and to resolve this case as best as possible, not to hold my hand and comfort me. I also realized that Stephen has already heard all my beliefs and opinions many times before and there was no relevance otherwise he would have already addressed them; why should he waste his time holding my hand when it would be better spent working on my case. After my case was settled and I accepted the plea bargain, in hind sight, I thought that I accepted a harsher sentence than I should have, I thought that the jail sentence, fines, and requirement to maintain the use of a SCRAAM devise were too much. But, as I spoke with more people I realized that Stephen had done a great job and how lucky I really was to come out of this case as I did. Some people who I spoke with and were in jail for only their 2nd offenses had received jail sentences 3 to 4 times longer than I and most, if not all, had lost their license where as I did not…Stephen was able to save my license. Even my probation officers and other law enforcement officials I had spoke with were amazed and stated that in most cases people with my record would normally never have a drivers license again. Yet I do. Even though I had to complete a 90 sentence in county jail, pay fines, and have to complete probation I truly believe that without Ramsell & Associates representation I would have been looking at years in prison, lost my job, my house, my wife, cars...everything! I hope that providing the information above will help others in similar situation make a good decision obtaining legal representation and may be used as a guide for consideration. Stephen is a great guy. Very Personable, Approachable, Knowledgeable. He took on my DUI case knowing I had blown over twice the limit, plus a drug possession and paraphernalia charge. He did everything he could to reduce or remove my license suspension but we were unable to win that one. However, he ...was able to have the drug charge and traffic violation dropped so only 2 out of 5 charges stuck.
