Top lawyer

I like to thank Robert milla for helping me getting the Green card through marriage. When I had a free consultation Seven months a go with Robert he explained to me the whole immigration process regarding my case .he was very optimistic and confident and I was amazed with his experience and knowled...ge about immigration law .Robert made sure that no gaps left in my applications forums and through out the whole process was in touch with me and one week before the final immigration interview Robert prepared me for the interview and what kind of questions to expect and I think not every lawyer does that .because of Robert dedication and knowledge I was approved on January of 2018 Anyone whose looking for top lawyer with knowledge and who cares about his clients my advice is just call Robert because you won't be disappointed.

Immigration Wizard

Milla & Associates delivers an incredible quality of representation. My wife and I got married in 2013, and we filed our paperwork with immigration, after our interview, the USCIS sent us a notice of intent to deny. My wife and I hired attorney Milla who resolved the matter very quickly and professio...nally. Attorney Milla has an incredible understanding of immigration law, and he laid out the various decisions we had to make as a couple, the types of evidence we would need to produce for USCIS to show them the legitimacy of our marriage. After his involvement in the case, we received my wife's conditional residency card just a few short month later. After my wife and I had moved across the country several times for work-related reasons. When we filed our petition, the USCIS sent us a letter indicating that we have not convinced them about our marriage. We again hired attorney Milla, and he did his magic. A few days ago my wife received her letter and then her green card. She is deliriously happy. I am an attorney myself, and in these legal proceedings, I found Attorney Milla's help invaluable.

Possibly the best immigration attorney in Chicago

Robert was able to navigate through a lot of challenges in an adjustment of status case while showing a great deal of empathy. His deep passion and knowledge for immigration made going through the process a lot better.

Green Card process

Highly recommended, Attorney Robert is very professional and is by far the most knowledgeable in immigration law. He and his staff are very well organized and he worked diligently on my case. I am now a permanent resident and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for all his outstanding h...elp and support that he provided to me. Working with him was very convenient and efficient. The most important thing is that he charges very reasonable price with the awesome quality of work. I would highly recommend Milla and Associate to anyone seeking any type of immigration services.

Sincere Attorney

We have been working with Robert since 2011 and I must say he is the most genuine and caring attorney. He carefully assessed whether we should do a provisional waiver in 2011 and because he was honest and we waited I was able to apply for advance parole and became a LPR through this avenue. Robert st...eered us in the right direction and gave us peace of mind through the entire process. Sometimes its hard to find a good genuine attorney, yet Robert exceeded our expectations. Robert and his staff are great individuals to work with! Thank you again for everything! Jose

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
