Best immigration lawyer

I’ve been a client of Milla and associates since 2014, Robert and Eyzuri are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I personally went through a lot with my case thinking I didn’t have hope. I had thoughts of me being deported and leaving my kids and family behind. They found the way to ...fight my case winning me CAT Assylum and helped allow me to stay with my family. My family and I are eternally grateful to have found them. I highly recommend them to any one looking for good, honest and straightforward Immigration lawyers, A++. Thank you!

THE BEST Immigration Attorney

Robert is definitely go-to guy when it comes to immigration cases. My husband and I recently went through the process of marriage-based green card, which we thought it was supposed to be very overwhelming and stressful until we met Robert. He and his assistants made this process easier, less overwhel...ming, and less stressful. As the result, everything went so smoothly, and I got my green card on hand in 4 months since filing. We are so blessed to have Robert as our immigration attorney and can’t thank him enough for giving us very accurate and helpful advice as well as being such a knowledgeable, transparent, authentic, cool, and friendly person who we could rely on throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Milla & Associates, LLC to anyone who is going through immigration case!

Best immigration attorney

Robert Milla is definitely the best immigration attorney in Chicago. I had a very complicated case, and prior to hiring Robert I had consulted a couple of other lawyers in the area. None of them were positive about my case. And then I met Robert. He was very calm and professional, and was positive ab...out the outcome of the case! So our journey began. Robert and the team were at the top of the process; I am forever grateful to them for going above and beyond to ensure the success. Daniel answered countless number of our phone calls and emails and was able to explain complex process in a simple way. Finally, I received my green card! I highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for the best immigration lawyer.

Successful case for marriage-based green card

Milla & Associates delivers an incredible quality of legal representation and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Robert Milla, Tatiana Alonso, and their team. My husband and I entrusted them with our adjustment of status and green card application. Our case was handled very efficiently, they an...swered our questions at every stage and kept us informed of the next steps and developments throughout the process. Not only that, Robert is highly experienced and has an incredible understanding of immigration law on top of being genuine, personable and transparent. It is really hard to be able to find a good attorney that genuinely cares about the case, he is trustworthy, and I can tell that he does his work with his heart. My adjustment of status/green card was approved within a week from the interview, and I received my conditional green card in the mail a few days after receiving the approval notice. Robert and his team definitely made the entire process seamless. I would strongly recommend Robert Milla for anyone who is looking for a great immigration attorney and to be put in the best position possible with obtaining a green card. Thank you, Robert, for making my husband and I feel at ease as we navigated through uncharted waters.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
