Green Card Approved!

Highly recommend Attorney Milla! He and his assistant, Izela, made our green card application process as smooth and stress-free as an adjustment of status can be. Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. We’re so grateful for his help!

Thank you Milla

What can I say, I am bey...ond thankful with the Milla & Associates agency. They have helped me not only renew my Daca but also reunite me with my grandparents after not seeing them for 20 years. They reply fairly quickly and genuinely care about you!

Best lawyer ever

Since the fist minutes of my first consultation I understood, that mr. Milla is that lawyer, who I need for my case. I was shocked in a good way, when he immediately found mistakes of my previous lawyer and said, what we need to fix first. From the begging to the end of my court case, Robert showed h...is best skills and professionalism. If I had any questions he always respond in time, even on a Weekends, because his clients it’s his priority. I have nothing to say about our preparation to court, it was on a top level, 10 out of 10. Because of his professionalism, hard working and attention to every detail, we won my case without any problems. Mr. Milla is that lawyer, who will fight for you like for himself, thanks God, that I found him. Best immigration lawyer in the United States

Helped us navigate a really stressful time, highly recommend!

We made a mistake removing the conditions of my husband's green card and found ourselves with an expired green card and stressed about what to do next. We reached out to Robert and his team to help us correct our mistake and continue our journey towards citizenship. Robert and his team helped us quic...kly, explained every step of the way and kept us up to date with the entire process. My husband will attend his citizenship ceremony in May and we couldn't be more grateful for all the assistance, professionalism and support we received from him and his firm. We will recommend him to anyone who needs immigration legal services.

Removal case, citizenship.

I was very lucky to come across Robert Milla, who helped me to obtain my US citizenship easily and in the shortest possible time. I contacted Robert when my case was sent to court for removal process, after my fruitless attempts to work with other lawyers , who did not give me hope for a positive out...come of my case. After studying all the details of my case, Robert agreed to represent my interests in court. At the preliminary hearing, when the trial date had to be set, my case was terminated. I was left in the status of a permanent resident with the right to obtain citizenship in the future. In a while Robert helped me to apply for US citizenship and recently it was granted me. It was a miracle! It was always a pleasure to work with Robert and his team. All my calls were return in timely manner. I recommend everyone who needs help of immigration lawyer to contacting Robert. His deep knowledge of immigration law and vast professional experience will help you realize your dream.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
