Highly recommend Melvin Leon Sims Lawyer !!
Outstanding law firm for fighting foreclosure. Melvin and the guy who works for him were able to keep my foreclosure in court for clost to 2 years. My mortgage and assessments were over $2000.00, but I just paid Melvin $500 bucks a month and stayed in my place for almost 2 years.

Great response Lawyer!!
Mr Sins is very good and did a very good job on my case. I will recommend him to anybody who needs to break there lease because of having a bad landlord like I had never fixing anything but always asking about rent. Mr Sims will break lease with such a landlord no problem
