I retained Adrian's services to assist me with evicting a tenant who was knowledgeable about playing the system. He was very responsive about replying to my test messages, emails and phone calls. The whole eviction experience was very stressful for me, but Adrian's calm demeanor and sound guidance allowed me to survive what was short of a nightmare. Thank you for visiting my page. This section will give you better insight as to who I am outside of "the suit". I was born in Bonheiden, Belgium and lived a significant part of my childhood in Italy and Northern France (father played professional basketball overseas) and Los Angeles, Ca. I moved to Chicago when I was 12 and immediately became a part of both the Chatham and Hyde Park communities. I am a graduate of Kenwood Academy (1998) and DePaul University (. International Studies).

Since I was a teen, my grandmother would tell me that I am going to be the first lawyer in the family. I couldn't let her down. All my life I wanted to be a businessman-from the days of me offering services in Italian lessons at age 9. It was only right that I'd become a lawyer with my own business.

I am a Bulls fan first, then a Lakers fan second (I used to live in LA so I have a good excuse). I'm also a rare fan of both the Cubs and Sox.

My favorite moments in life are traveling, spending time with family and seeing the smile on my daughter's face .

Eviction

I was introduced to Mr. Zeno via an attorney referral. My only regret in hiring Mr. Zeno was not doing so sooner. Professional service. Little effort on my part. Timely. If you find yourself in need of an eviction attorney, I sincerely recommend Mr. Zeno.

Eviction

Atty. Zeno is an excellent attorney and was very helpful in assisting with the eviction process of my tenants. He is very knowledgeable an kept me up to date after each court appearance . He would give me situations as to what to expect from them. He was also helpful in getting access to the apartment. Just from this, I feel Atty. Zeno is knowledgeable in other areas of law and I would not hesitate in retaining him.

Patient and Professional

Adrian recently helped my sister close on selling her condo. It was a long, arduous, and at times chaotic process and he remained professional through out the entire time.

Condo purchase

Zeno was excellent during the whole purchasing process. He kept me informed of changes that were being made, and he kept a strong stance during the final negotiating process. This was my first home purchase, and my mind was at ease with Zeno representing me. I would recommend him to anyone.
