Mark advised me on a situation with my landlord while living in Chicago. Eventually the situation resolved itself, so I did not hire Mark as my attorney. However, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the situation. If I ever needed to hire an attorney in Chicago, Mark would certainly be my top choice.

Mr. Silverman represented me twice over a two year period and both cases were open and shut. Mr. Silverman is a excellent listener and communicator. Landlord be aware of this man.

Mark was thorough, assuring and above all a superior communicator. My roommate and I reached a favorable settlement with our landlord in large part to Mark. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Mark to anyone seeking representation in security deposit disputes.
John Brennock, Landlord or tenant Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. He does an excellent job representing his clients, but also maintains professional civility. He has an expert knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law and I would be comfortable referring clients/family/friends to him.
