Great response Lawyer!!
Mr Sins is very good and did a very good job on my case. I will recommend him to anybody who needs to break there lease because of having a bad landlord like I had never fixing anything but always asking about rent. Mr Sims will break lease with such a landlord no problem

Highly recommend !!
I definitely Recommend Melvin Sims. He helped to keep my hair salon in business when the landlord tried to cheat me out of 3 extra stations that were supposed to be part of my build out in the lease. Good lawyer. I definitely recommend.
