Jordan was the leader of our team from the start, adding value with his knowledge of law and his compassion for how difficult the case ahead of us would be. He provided realistic expectations of what could happen good or bad as we proceeded with the case. Honest sometimes brutal facts for why thing were done the way they were and plans of what he intended to do to right the case for us. 2. He was VERY honest that there was a great chance that we would lose this case. Grandparents have no rights in the State of Illinois. In January that change to limited rights but it didn't help our case. 3. Jordan was invested in this case and provided his cell phone for emergencies. We has some and he was responsive and provided pertinent information that helped us in the heat of the moment. Without Jordan in these situations, the results of this case would have turned out far different. 4. We had a limited budget to get custody and we knew it could easily exceed it. Jordan and his team did everything they could to limit our expenses and keep us within budget. We ended up coming in below the budgeted number that was discussed in the very 1st meeting.
