We handle all immigration matters including family based adjustment of status/green card cases, citizenship filings, representation of businesses and employees when filing L1A/B Petitions, H1B petitions, and Permanent Labor petitions. In the case of investors who wish to receive status as an E1/E2 Treaty Trader/Investor or an EB-5 Investor, our office can help you structure a qualifying investment. Our firm also litigates immigration cases dealing with delayed adjudications as well as appellate matters before the U.S. Federal Courts, U.S. Immigration Courts, USCIS and the BIA. Given the complex nature of immigration law, inexperience can lead to many mistakes which may result in delays, denials, and loss of filing fees and valuable time. unprofessional staff
I keep on calling for payment plan but the billing staff doesnt call me for days and when i ask questions he didnt return to me. this firm sound like a scam trying to make people pay, and unproffesional staff.

Replied last October 18, 2022Cesar Nunes- You have certainly been one of the most abusive, vulgar, and unprofessional clients that our firm has had. Given your uncivilized and vile behavior, we were forced to terminate our representation of you. With regard to your false accusations, your own credit card company as well as the BBB sided with our firm and refused to give you a credit or refund for our earned fees. They reviewed through the work we did and found your claim to be fraudulent. Your case was filed successfully and with our expertise. Further, we extended numerous hours of attorney/paralegal time to you without additional fees, purely as a courtesy that you did not deserve. As to your case, the officer handling your case requested specific documents, which you were required to provide, but failed to do so. We represented you even after you tried to defraud us. You refused to provide the requested document to us and the officer on your case. Your own lack of responsibility in your case is attributable to you and ONLY you. You, Cesar Nunes, cannot use a company's services and then try to defraud them out of their hard-earned money. -JLF
