I hired John after my mother died to handle the probate estate as well as to help with litigation regarding estate assets and his guidance and ease of availability was exactly what I needed at that difficult time in my life. Knowing next to nothing about probate, there was no way I could have navi...gated it without his help. He handled all the paperwork, filing, and communication with the courts as well as being easily reachable through email and phone calls whenever I had a question. He helped me out similarly when it came to litigation regarding the estate assets. What became an unnecessarily long, uphill legal battle (by no fault of John) turned into a huge win for me and the estate. I should also add that he secured wins for the estate every step of the way, including when the matter was taken to appeals by the other side. The courts found his arguments persuasive and well-founded despite the difficult road to get there. I had another attorney working on the estate litigation and he was able to deftly work with schedules between them, the courts, and the other side which I'm sure wasn't an easy task and involved many a late night. John and his firm also helped me sell the estate's real estate holdings which was also a painless process for me. In fact, my realtor said they were the easiest and most professional lawyers they ever did business with! His professionalism was steadfast through the whole process and if I had to do it over, I'd, without a doubt, retain John's services again, especially given the 5 star outcome across the board. John is an excellent lawyer, a domain expert in every aspect of real estate law. He sets you straight with his legal knowledge, takes time to explain to you what you may not want to hear, and protects you from repercussions and liability. He treated me like a million dollar client for a small legal a...ssignment. Honestly, if you want a solid real estate lawyer who treats you well and protects you like a super hero with his legal expertise, don't look anywhere else. I only wish I'd discovered him sooner.
