John is very responsive and knows very well about tenant rights. I talked to him over the phone about my dispute with landlord then he asked me to email him my lease. Five minutes later, he called me and told me that I could terminate the lease early without any penalty. At very short notice and without previously working with John, John talked me through over the phone, the different circumstances my lease could potentially be terminated without incurring financial penalties for breaking the lease. Within the same morning of me forwarding the actual lease to John..., he was able to determine a condition under which my lease could be terminated, drafted the the termination letter on my behalf and later the same day, get agreement from my landlord's lawyers that I could legally terminate the lease.
