I hired Eva Tameling to handle my divorce a few years ago. I discovered recently, because of new issues my ex has started, that she left a gaping hole in my divorce agreement by not including a crucial item: 50/50 sharing of expenses not covered by child support, for my 3 children. I had no clue tha...t this was standard. My ex will not/has not paid his portion of extracurricular activities, high school books and fees, etc. for our children.
