Eva Wyndolyn Slaey Tameling

I worked with several attorneys on my divorce, but nothing was ever resolved until I hired Eva. Prior to hiring Eva I had Lawyers that were both less expensive than her and one that was more expensive than her, but none could accomplish the results that she produced. Once I secured Eva's services, ...in less than a year she had a settlement and CASE CLOSED! With prior attorneys I was just billable hours and it seems like I was constantly going back to court for status hearings even though they had accomplished nothing. Not so with Eva, she gets things done! In my opinion there are lawyers who charge more and those who charge less, but none who could produce results like her! And As for her billing practices, I think it is money well spent! Her office staff is a pleasure to work with and just as effective as her; together they get things done! I wish I'd have gone to her before wasting money on the other attorneys. She’s knowledgeable, fair and can produce results!

Now divorced, dealing with post-decree issues of many sorts, I have struggled with a good number of attorneys that literally "go through the motions" dragging out the case in hopes of a settlement. Eva is anything but one of them. She is clear minded and very hard working. She understood my case in t...he course of a week-end (prior to engagement!) and laid out a strategy that worked. She understands the family law court system, what works, what doesn't work and affectively applied the law in a way that had the other side assigning within 3 weeks for a settlement of a case other attorneys made no progress with in 2 1/2 years. Most importantly, this accomplishment was achieved with good old fashioned hard work, and ethics of the highest level--not by bullying or unreasonable tactics. These same ethical standards apply to her billing practices as well. I highly recommend Eva Tameling if you are ready for a hard working, intelligent lawyer that as honest with her fees as she is in handling your case.

If you want to be overbilled and not know what is going on with your attorney, I have the person for you - Eva Tameling. She bills in 15 minute increments, even if you are only on the phone with her for 2 minutes. Oh, wait, talk to her twice in 15 minutes? Yes, get hit for 2 discussions. How about an... attorney who says you need to stress your visitation rights and advises you to call the police; then stops returning your calls after the police threaten to arrest you for criminal trespass when you are waiting peacefully in your ex's drive way to pick up your kids? I spent over $40,000 on my divorce then had to go back to court a couple years later and was whacked with another $20,000 bill after she know I was near bankruptcy anyway. How can you trust anyone who schedules a trial date, then 3 weeks before asks the court to change the date because she is going to be on vacation? I could go on and on, but you I think you get the idea. Oh, and I am sure this won't get posted because it is too "defamatory"; and yes I read the agreement, and have documentation to back it up!
