I sought out Neda for legal advice on a renewal contract that my current employer had drawn up for 2018. I had so many questions with what I was agreeing to and or giving up by working exclusively with this company while still trying to be an independent contractor. It was so hard to know my rights. ...Neda went through my entire contract, explained what each term of agreement meant for me and then helped me revise a clause stating things that I would need from my employer to have our working relationship be mutually effective. She is excellent. So kind and also really clear with what could or would breach a contract or not. Top notch. Highly recommend her for contract work!!
