I'm a relatively new client and haven't experienced a full cycle of appeal activity so can't comment on Richard Shapiro's success rates. But his firm rates highly so far in terms of communication and use of technology. Timothy Hohmann has been my main point of contact and he is excellent at keeping m...e informed and enabling signature forms using DocuSign. If this is any indication of the work and effort that take place behind the scenes, I am hopeful for promising results and a lower property tax bill.
