I was looking for a divorce attorney as I knew my case wasn't going to be an easy one to handle. I looked up lawyers that were successful with divorces with minimal heartache. Joe understood the situation I was in and educated me about how the case will proceed. The consultation was free of charge. ... He is very communicative through email, and I knew every timeline of the case as soon as there was news. We communicated through the phone/text whenever I had questions, and he was happy to help no matter the time of the day (email, phone and/or text). He was very honest about the estimate to go in a trail from day one and suggested we should avoid it as much as possible. Unfortunately, I had to fire my attorney and Hire Joe O'Brien for the last 2 months of my case before trial. Getting divorced after a 30 year marriage is complicated and fraught with tension.
