My mom, who had previously used the practice, was the one who had recommended Joe to me. I had believed I was only going to hire Joe to write up a custody agreement for my child's father to sign and be done - quick and easy. I went on this site to find help because my attorney had withdrawn from my case 21 days before the pre-trial. Joe O'Brien responded to me the same day (around 8:00 pm) and I asked him many questions. When I walked into the office of Mr. O'Brien I must admit I wasn't a very confident lady. I knew this divorce case was going to be a difficult one. Mr. O'Brien though took the reins and with a professional kindness he listened while I talked and he even asked questions in a way that told me that Mr.... This case was not the usual divorce and maintenance case. I have special needs because of health issues.
