Unfortunately I did not find Mr. Biederstadt when I first filed for divorce. I truly believe I would have had a faster, less excruciating process. Mr. Biederstadt helped me finalize some ongoing custody issues. Although I didn't get the entire outcome I had hoped for (by no fault of his, I just ca...me to him too late in the game.) I truly believe that Michael did everything possible to get me the best outcome given my unique situation. Mr. Biederstadt always was available and attentive. Finding a divorce lawyer isn't hard, but finding one like Mike is. He's as good a lawyer as you'll find, extremely diligent and honest and just as importantly is a really good guy. I have interviewed numerous lawyers, hired one I thought was going to be like Mike (she wasn't) and was eventually for...ced to represent myself Pro-Se due to financial difficulties. Michael joined my case almost a year into it. I had been interviewing attorneys and everyone was sooooo expensive and wouldn't take my case without a lump sum of the retainer, which I didn't have available all at once.
